Hi My name is Milo and I’m a Rottweiler. Im 4 and a half years old and I’ve worked at caste gym most of my life. Im very well behaved, smell nice and most importantly don’t BITE.

My main aim in life is to have as much fun and play time as possible. I enjoy showing every single person I see love and affection.

You will genially see me chilling around the gym floor. Please feel free to pop over and give me as many strokes as possible. My favourite place is behind my ears. It feels Amazing.

Please also feel free to bring me bones and treats. Or at the very least give me your empty water bottle to play with. Do realise I like sitting on peoples feet but its not because I’m not trained its just because I probably like you.

Just remember you can have as much or little contact with me as you like. You don’t have to say hello if your not a massive dog person.

I won’t take offence, will just mean more nap time for me. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Fun Fact: I attended stage school when I was younger thats where my love of dancing comes in to my fitness and why I decided to teach Zumba.

I think that fitness is a really important part of anyones life not only for the physical benefits but also for the mental. I can help with weight loss, building muscle, cardio fitness or even if you just want some more confidence in the gym. I believe fitness should be fun and want my clients to enjoy their training sessions as well as working hard and seeing results.

With over 13 years training experience, starting off as a track and field athlete, I have established a good understanding of the fitness industry. I have developed an interest in bodybuilding, where I have competed in a range of bodybuilding competitions.

My goal is to empower people to live a healthier and happier life, which is ultimately the reason why I work in the fitness industry. I have a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering and MSc in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, and currently work at a global leading organisation, within the aerospace and defence industry. This just underlines how passionate I am about the fitness industry, I don’t consider lifestyle coaching as just a job.

Quality is important to me; therefore, I focus on ensuring my clients achieve their goals. I’ve developed a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, as well as, an innovative and quality driven approach, to ensure my clients live a healthier lifestyle whilst being flexible and adaptable to their current way of living.

Fun Fact: I joined my first band as a singer at the age of 15, and another at 26. My husband thinks I should go on The Voice!

Every day I help my clients move further towards their goals; whether it’s getting in shape for a special occasion, or having the right conditioning for an event – either way they become fitter, healthier and more confident versions of themselves. I work with a variety of clients ranging from busy parents to office workers right through to athletes, and take a holistic approach to each and every one of them, looking at their lifestyle, nutrition and level of exercise. With several years of training behind me, I have had the honour of competing at National and World Championship level, representing England in Kettlebell Sport. Returning home with both Gold and Bronze medals at the World Championships in 2017, I also hold Candidate for Master of Sport ranking in Kettlebell Half Marathon.

I understand the challenges that life can throw us, and that achieving your health and fitness goal may have its ups and downs. With my 121 support, coaching and motivation I will help you stay committed to living a healthier life.
